PropCo - Notice history

Our data centre provider will be carrying out essential network infrastructure maintenance as part of their wider network upgrade programme.

During this maintenance window, PropCo services, web portals and APIs may be intermittently unavailable. Services will be restored as soon as the work has been completed.

We are planning a scheduled maintenance on early Sunday morning, during which the portal may be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We will be carrying out a brief configuration change to our web servers.

We will be carrying out a planned upgrade to the underlying infrastructure of the PropCo API to improve security, performance, and reliability.

Impact: The API may be briefly unavailable during a short maintenance window.

There are no changes to API endpoints, request/response formats, or authentication. Existing integrations will continue to operate as normal without any code changes.

Please be informed that we have an urgent patch deployment scheduled for the PropCo production environment.
