We will be carrying out scheduled maintenance to apply a routine patch to the PropCo Web Portals and PropCo API during this window.

Our data centre provider will be carrying out essential network infrastructure maintenance as part of their wider network upgrade programme.

During this maintenance window, PropCo services, web portals and APIs may be intermittently unavailable. Services will be restored as soon as the work has been completed.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We are planning a scheduled maintenance on early Sunday morning, during which the portal may be temporarily unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We will be carrying out a brief configuration change to our web servers.

There are no changes to API endpoints, request/response formats, or authentication. Existing integrations will continue to operate as normal without any code changes.

Please be informed that we have an urgent patch deployment scheduled for the PropCo production environment.

Affected applications:

We would like to inform you that a maintenance activity is scheduled to take place this evening from 7 PM BST.

This maintenance forms part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the performance and reliability of our services.

We do not anticipate any service interruption. However, there may be brief intermittent connectivity drops during that time.
